We’re known for our beautiful garments at White Stuff and we’re looking for someone to help design our gorgeous So Glad & Very collection as well as our skirts. You must be an experienced Junior Designer from a fashion retail background with quirky and feminine style which matched our brand handwriting. Freelance Accessories Designer
We are looking for a Freelance Designer here at White Stuff in London! You’ll be working with our Accessories team and have a focus on handbags and soft accessories. The successful candidate will report to the Designer Manager and have a close working relationship with the other Designers on the team, the Head of Buying & Design, as well as the Buying & Design Director. The ideal candidate will have CAD and Illustrator experience
Area Visual Merchandiser
South Area (geographically between London, Cambridge, Nottingham and Cheltenham)
This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Area Visual Merchandiser to join the Retail South team. Reporting to the Area Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting all their stores in delivering visual excellence throughout the Area. You’ll work closely with the VM team to contribute to White Stuff visual strategy, and work alongside the Store Managers and Area Managers to deliver this in shops. The Area VM is responsible for ensuring our shops are visually strong and maintain our retail standards and brand values. You’ll assist in new shop openings, refits and re-sites. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Area Visual Merchandising within Fashion Retail and a creative flair. As this is a field based role, you’ll also need a full driving license.
Home and Gifts Buyer (6 month Fixed Term Contract)
Our Buying team are looking for an experienced Buyer who will responsible for creating exciting, balanced and commercial ranges for our lovely White Stuff customers. This role will be suited to an individual with knowledge of homeware and gifts with strong business and commercial acumen. This is an exciting and expanding business area for White Stuff and we are looking for someone resourceful to join the team. They should have a ‘hands-on’ approach to their work and come from a high street homeware and gifting background.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experience IT Project Manager to join the White Stuff team. This role will be responsible for the Project Management of business projects across White Stuff. You’ll need to create and accomplish clear and attainable project objectives, build the project requirements, and manage the constraints of the project. Alongside this you will manage the relationship between key stakeholders within the project to reduce risk, maximise benefits and restrict cost. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position and be able to demonstrate confidence when it comes to challenging current processes and ways of working. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the White Stuff brand and its customers.
Senior Navision Developer
White Stuff is recruiting for a Senior Navision Developer to form part of the business systems team. You will be one of the key ‘’go to’’ people in this team in regards to developing and supporting the Microsoft Navision ERP system. You will also act as the technical subject matter expert in project teams advising business units on capabilities of the system and advising on development requirements. You will be responsible for the implementation and integration of new systems enhancements and fixes to support the systems as the business grows, as well as defining standard and policies in conjunction with the IT team to maintain the highest standards.
We are looking for someone with excellent technical knowledge of Microsoft Navision (2009 sp1) for this role. You must also be able to demonstrate experience in supporting and / or enhancing and developing functionality in the Navision ERP suite of products, as well as experience in developing applications in the C++ and Cside languages. You’ll also have knowledge and experience in managing and developing SQL Server environments.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of processes and procedures and will be able to write and train documentation that can be followed and understood by the end users. If you have hands on experience working in a small team within a fashion retail environment, we would like to hear from you.
Technical Training Manager - Part-time
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technical Training Manager to take responsibility for managing the development and implementation of all Technical Training across White Stuff. You’ll be assessing technical training needs and skill gaps and coordinating the appropriate training to drive best practice across the business. This role will initially focus on supporting Buying & Merchandising Technical Training with existing and new employees. The ideal candidate will have strong training skills and a good understanding of the fashion retail business. We’re looking for someone who has worked in similar roles before or as an experienced Senior Merchandiser. Experience with Navision is preferable but not essential.
We’re looking for an Assistant to provide admin support to the People Team. You’ll be generating offer letters and contracts, processing the monthly payroll paperwork and act as the first point of contact for any people-related queries. The ideal candidates will have previous experience of working in a HR department, intermediate MS Office skills and experience on HR database systems. You should also be a confident communicator with excellent organisation skills and demonstrate great attention to detail.
Customer Service Advisor
Our Customer Service Advisors provide an amazing standard of customer service to our customers shopping via our catalogue and website. Your job is to gain an insight into the person's life on the other end of the phone, so you can offer them the perfect products to suit their needs as well as solving any problems they may have and dealing with complaints. You’ll use your solid sales background when speaking to customers to provide a high level of Customer Service. You’ll take orders, process payments, action refunds and reply to emails about anything from our gorgeous products to our current marketing themes!
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, be IT literate and confident speaking to people over the phone. We’re looking for someone who’s self-motivated with a strong customer service focus.
Do you have a head for numbers with a passion for fashion? We’re looking for two Allocators to join the merchandising team. You’ll allocate new lines to shops, help build stock packages for new shops and potentialise sales through replenishment in order to maximise profit. You will work closely with the Buying team and act as a main contact between HQ and the shops. This is ideally suited to a business or fashion graduate with retail experience. Junior Branch
This is a great opportunity for someone to join the Womenswear Merchandising team as an Assistant Merchandiser. You’ll be responsible for managing the merchandise for all aspects of stock distribution and allocation to ensure stock is available for each store to plan, in order to maximise sales at all times. We’re looking for someone with previous Assistant Merchandising experience within a fashion retailer.
Junior Branch Merchandiser
This is a great opportunity for someone to join the Merchandising Team as a Branch Merchandiser. You’ll be responsible for managing all merchandise issues associated with stores in order to maximise sales and profit through the effective planning and control of intake, stock levels and distribution. We’re looking for someone with previous Branch Merchandising experience within a fashion retailer.
We’re looking for experienced Wholesale Merchandiser to join the White Stuff Merchandising team. Working with the Wholesale Sales team and Finance, you’ll set sales and margin budgets while organising monthly and category sales plans and re-forecasting the WSSI monthly. You’ll also be working to increase order book conversion, overseeing allocations and agreeing quantities and review sales. This role will also be responsible for the management and development of an Assistant Merchandiser. The ideal candidate will be an experience Merchandiser preferably with Wholesale experience.

Previous work experience within fashion retail or a related degree would be a definite advantage but isn’t essential. What we really love to see is enthusiasm, passion and sleeves rolled up ready to go! In return you’ll gain valuable industry experience in a quirky but very lovely environment.
