This winter we're going potty for preserves! When it's chilly outside
there's nothing better than a yummy pickle in your ploughman's or a zesty
marmalade on crusty toast. So we're scouring the land in search of the most
scrumptious jam, pickle, relish or preserve recipes you can concoct.

Our 'Top of the Pots' competition invites you to test your culinary
skills and share your best recipes to find the UK's best local jams
to raise money for The White Stuff Foundation.

For every entry received either online or in our shops on
9th October, we’ll donate £10* to your local shop’s charity.

The winning recipes will be featured
in a recipe book sold for charity at to Christmas.

How to get involved:
• Start saving your old jars (a great excuse
to eat more yummy preserves and pickles!)

• Root out your old, local or family recipes for
jam, pickle, relish or chutney and get cooking

• Bring in your jar of preserve to your local
White Stuff shop on 9th October to enter our
‘Top of the Pots competition - for every entry
we'll donate £10* to your shop's local charity

• Can’t make it to a shop?
Enter your recipes online (coming soon!)

Not a natural cook?
You can still support the campaign by buying one
of our White Stuff Jams or Chutney for
and are available in shops and online
from the end of September.

There are three scrummy flavours to choose
from - Strawberry Jam with Marc de Champagne,
Blackcurrant Jam with Sloe Gin and Spicy Tomato
& Caramelised Onion Chutney.
