PLAIN TALKIN KNIT
Loved it initially, not so much now
I just adored this jumper! Bought it in the red in early December and wore and wore and wore it. Put off washing it as didn't want it to bobble but my 9mth old spectacularly puked all over me. It's now been washed three times and has bobbled quite badly under the arms. I read that this is normal and the bobbles pull off easily. It doesn't look as smart though so rather than smart office wear I've put it in the jeans drawer now. I bought a 14, and I was so pleased with the fit, but it did shrink enough that it's a bit higher than I'd like now. WS do say to expect bobbles and shrinkage however.

Looks 10 years old after a month or two
I loved this jumper - bought in store in Charcoal. So versatile, can dress it up or down. But I am just ironing now and have been driven to review it. It is covered in bobbles and looks old and tatty as a result. Despite having washed it inside out on a cold wool wash, using fabric conditioner - exactly as the label says. I can no longer dress it up, and is relegated to the gardening/allotment clothes drawer.
Poor, poor, poor quality.

great basic jumper
This is a nice little basic navy jumper. I went for the 8, which was just right and even the sleeves were ok too.I bought it to go with a denim skirt. More colours please, as by the time i got round to ordering it most were out of stock X

Lightweight but really cosy
I bought this to go with a White Stuff skirt and really love it. Its light enough to wear in the office but keeps you warm too (I dont know how WS manage that). I chose the green which goes surprisingly well with most other colours. I bought the 8 which I felt was true to size. I notice a few people had problems with bobbling but I find if you wash it inside out it stays looking good.

A White Stuff staple
I've got two of these and love them to bits. The navy one this season looks fab with jeans and a toning scarf. Washes well and although there's slight pilling around the underarm area it's not so bad as to be unmanageable. I usually size down to get a better fit. More of these please WS! I'd like a baby pink one ...

Love this jumper. Fits beautifully and so comfortable. Bought it in the charcoal and goes with practically everything. I have hardly taken it off since buying its month ago! My only gripe is that is does not wash well - this is of course can always be a problem with knitwear and straight from washing needs to be pulled back in to shape. It has also bobbled quite a bit. But despite this, I would still buy again as it is such a versatile jumper and so soft! I am a size 10 and size 10 fitted perfectly (not too baggy). Also, being only 5' 2" the length was also perfect - not too long like a lot of jumpers! Am going to re-buy in the blackcurrent.

great colour, but too short
i loved the colour of this jumper, also thought that the material was very good. but it is too short for me (i am 5'10''). a bigger size would not fit on properly and still be too short.... i have returned it.

Gorgeous warm knit!!
I have this in the red and the blackcurrant. Great to wear with jeans or skirt. Good quality and I am sure they will get lots of wear. Fits true to size.

Great colours, just not sure onthe fit as it was shapeless, which can be a good thing sometimes, but noting his case. Nice contrast piping.
26 November 2013
Fab wool jumper nice and warm gorgeous blackcurrant colour perfect for cold weather when you need a jumper with some wool in it.
25 November 2013
Soft, cosy, and lovely colours.
I have this in green and blackcurrant, which are similar to the bottlegrass in jeans and purple in jeans respectively. Both go well together with the jeans. Very soft and not itchy ( I seem to be very sensitive to anything a bit woolly ). Neckline not too low and fit seems true to size. Very useful jumpers and I know I shall flog them to death !! Soooo comfy to wear !
25 November 2013
lovely feel and comfortable
This is a lovely soft and easy to wear jumper.
I ordered the Charcoal in 10 and may order the Blackcurrant in an 8 as I prefer a less baggy fit.I bought it at 20% discount which was definitely worth it.
24 November 2013
Knit arrived yesterday and couldn't wait to wear it.
I ordered my usual size and was pleased with the fit (okay I admit I was glad it had a bit of extra room for my Christmas tummy!!).
Only problem is which colour to order next....
22 November 2013
Fabulous versatile jumper!
Bought both the Blackcurrant and Dark Grey which goes with lots in my whitestuff wardrobe, great fit, true to size and good quality garment.
Very pleased and would recommend.
May get the Navy too!
22 November 2013
so glad i bought this - i love the touch of trim colour there is, as well as the simple easy-to-wear but smart-enough overall look. It's cosy too, but not at all heavy.

Wonderfully soft and versatile jumper
I bought this jumper in charcoal and liked it so much I ordered the navy one online. Its so soft and wonderfully versatile. Looks smart with trousers for work and great with jeans at the weekend. It washes well too and although there has been some pilling, this has been minimal. Wish I could have one in every colour.

Wonderful autumnal colour
This is lovely colour jumper teamed with a cotton scarf and jeans. Most green jumpers in other stores are light green or dark green. To have an olive colour available makes a nice change.
Being lightweight, you can add layers underneath creating different contrasting appearance. Well worth product to purchase to create several outfits.

Nice casual jumper
I bought a Mork jumper last year which I love, warm but lightweight and the scoop neck is not too scooped. This is basically the same jumper and I got this in the blackcurrant which is a lovely shade.
I am not so keen on the contrast red trim as I think it turns a smart jumper which would be good for work and casual wear into something that is much more casual. I would have much preferred for it to not be there. If I am brave enough I might unpick it.
I would have liked a much wider range of colours and it is a shame that there is no deep teal option, as I would have snapped that up.

Comfort & Style
This jumper is perfect worn over any patterned skirt or dress with woolly tights and casual boots. It's nice and warm too. Shrunk slightly when washed but I was able to stretch it back to its previous size.
01 November 2013
Bought the charcoal one last year in the slightly older style without trim as I'm only 5'1" I find a lot of WS tops too long but this is fine. Soft, lightweight but nice and warm. Just bought the Light Bottlegrass Green on offer but now you're tempting me with Blackcurrent, although I still hankering after a dark teal jumper. Bought size 8 which is plenty loose enough whereas usually I find the cardigans tight in the arms and so buy a size 10.

Simple, comfortable and versatile
This is a lovely, soft jumper with very simple styling but a great fit to ensure it is also stylish and smart. Looks great with either a skirt or trousers - I like to pair mine with the green summers end skirt, dotty tights and warm winter boots. I hope to get some more colours too.

I wouldn't have bought this online as it seems expensive for something quite plain but i tried it on in the shop and loved it. I got the grey one. It is simple. comfortable and really versatile.
You definitely need to size down though. I am an 8 in white stuff tops, I got the size 8, and there's still plenty of room in there! It's really quite loose fitting.
V comfortable, don't find it itchy. Could be tempted to get other colours too.
Haven't washed it yet.

simple and adaptable
Well I bought the cherry red, would have had the russian red had it been available. I'm not disappointed though as the colour was just as seen on my laptop screen. It goes with just about anything, that's the beauty of something as simple as this.I'm just about 5' and most things are far too long in the body, this wooly scores again here.Seriously considering the green one too.

Not as great as I was hoping ...
I bought this in the cherry red and the charcoal. The red is a little dull but the charcoal is a lovely shade. The detailing on the neck, cuffs and waist is great but cannot be seen easily when you're actually wearing the jumper.
The neckline doesn't seem as wide as it looks on the photo and so doesn't really work for me unless I have a shirt with a collar underneath. It's certainly not wide enough to see the straps of a vest top so ends up leaving too much bare neck on show. Toyed with the idea of sending them back but eventually decided against it. I will just wear them with a shirt and/or scarf and they'll be fine. Fine but not fantastic.
16 October 2013
This jumper is a great fit and good quality. Versatile enough to go with skirts and jumpers. I really like the pockets and the scoop neckline.
04 October 2013
This is similar to the navy and burgendy spot jumper I bought last year. Downsize as it fits better even with a layer underneath. It is a lovely cranberry red which goes with so many of the WS skirts that I have bought over the years. The sleeves are a good length and it finishes on the natural hip. Looks great with jeans, trousers or skirts.

This jumper is pretty much the same as last year's Mork, with a bit of trim along the hem - and I loved the Mork!!! There is one noticeable difference, which I think is an improvement and that is the length. It is marginally longer than the Mork so for those of us longer in the body, it is a more flattering shape and sits better. The quality remains fabulous, the fit accurate and the cherry red is absolutely gorgeous! It's a great staple to have in your wardrobe; great with jeans or dressed up with smart trousers and a scarf. Can't recommend this enough!
25 September 2013
I love my navy jumper. It's length makes it great with jeans and also with a skirt. Seriously considering getting it in charcoal.
24 September 2013
Good basic jumper
Can't remember what last year's version was called but this is the same apart from the trim around the bottom and cuff, which is ok, but doesn't really add anything. I wanted a dark red one to go with a skirt from a while back and this does the job nicely. I sized up for layering and a looser fit. Nothing to make you go "Ooooo" but useful, I think!
