White Stuff Win Your Summer Wardrobe & Lucky Dip Promotion – Terms and Conditions

The promotion is brought to you (the “Entrant”) by White Stuff Limited of Canterbury Court, Kennington Park, 1-3 Brixton Road, London, SW9 6DE (“White Stuff”).

1. ELIGIBILITY
   1. The Win Your Summer Wardrobe & Lucky Dip Promotion (the ‘Promotion’) is only open to residents in the UK and Germany attending the Summer VIP Shopping Evening (the “Event”).
   2. Employees of White Stuff or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
   3. White Stuff reserves the right to refuse to award any of ‘The Prize’ to anyone whom it reasonably believes to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
2. HOW TO ENTER
   1. The Promotion is available in store only.
   2. The Promotion runs between 5pm and 10pm on Wednesday 29th March, 2023.
   3. Customers are required to make a purchase in store during the VIP Shopping Event to be eligible to redeem a prize from the prize pool.
3. THE PRIZE
   1. The Win Your Summer Wardrobe & Lucky Dip Prizes (the ‘Prize Pool’) consists of 30 different prizes to be drawn in each participating White Stuff store.
   2. The Prize Pool Consists of the following prizes:
      • 1x ‘Win Your Summer Wardrobe’ Up to the value of £500
      • 1x 20% off next purchase
      • 3x £10 off you next purchase
      • 1x 25% off next purchase
      • 4x Free mug
      • 4x free jersey roll
      • 4x free socks
      • 3x free key ring
      • 3x 10% off your next purchase
      • 2x 15% off your next purchase
      • 4x £5 off your next purchase
   3. The ‘Win Your Summer Wardrobe’ prize consists of a 100% discount on the items purchased during the ‘Event’ and is up to the value of £500 only.
   4. The ‘Win Your Summer Wardrobe’ prize is eligible to be exchanged only and no alternative is offered.
   5. All other prizes from the ‘Prize Pool’ are non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. Discounts off your next purchase cannot be used on the purchase of charity items or giftcards. Discounts off your next purchase are redeemable until the 31st May.
   6. If, due to circumstances beyond White Stuff’s reasonable control, the prize offered is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value. Prizes are while stocks last, and additional prizes may be added.
4. GENERAL
   1. We reserve the right to withdraw this prize draw or amend, vary, cancel, or suspend the prize draw at any time and without notice where it becomes necessary to do so.
   2. Any changes to the prize draw Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.
   3. White Stuff’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into
   4. White Stuff, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents, exclude all liability for any losses and/or damages of whatever nature, however arising to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
   5. The winner(s), in consideration of being awarded the Prize, may be required by White Stuff to take part in publicity related to the subject of the Prize Draw and as such, by entering the Prize Draw you are confirming that if you are the winner, you will take part in such publicity. Such publicity may include, without limitation, use of your name, photograph (where requested) and a statement or statements made by you in respect of the Prize. By entering the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to provide White Stuff with the right and licence to use the information you provide in this respect on the White Stuff website and White Stuff social media channels.
   6. The prize draw is governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English court.
