In our shops which are open, we’ve reduced the number of people allowed in our open shops at any one time and also introduced a one-way route to ease congestion.
We know it’s easy to forget, but our teams will be following the latest social distancing guidelines. We also know it’s hard to keep your hands off our lovely clothes, but please try to only touch things you intend to buy.
To make shopping even easier, we’ve gone cashless in all of our shops.
We’ve installed new Perspex screens at all of our till points, but our friendly staff are always happy to help.
Please make sure you’re wearing a face covering when you visit one of our open shops. We’ve got non-medical grade, single use, disposable ones available to use while stocks last.
Following UK Government and the World Health Organisation guidelines, our dressing rooms are safely opened, with items being quarantined after try ons. However, if you’re not quite ready, you can still enjoy leisurely try ons at home with our extended returns policy.
You’ll find hand sanitisers available at the doors and kindly ask that everyone uses them before shopping.

Since the majority of our shops are currently closed, we have extended our Christmas returns policy to an additional 30 days from the reopening of our stores. Any purchases or orders made in store from 15/10/20 can be returned to store up to 30 days from their reopening date.
Our London HQ people are now working from home and our shops that remain open are following Government guidance and observing strict social distancing and hygiene practices.
In line with UK Government and the World Health Organisation our Distribution Centre team has changed to a new split shift system to ensure no team cross-over and social distancing at all times. We are applying stringent hygiene practices.
