Easy returns

We’ll exchange or refund any unworn items within 30 days of the reopening date of your local shop - this includes anything purchased since 15/10/20, including Sale items.
No receipt? We’ll give you a gift card or exchange to the current value of your stuff.

Safety in numbers

We’re limiting the number of people allowed in our shops at any one time. We’ve also introduced a one-way route to ease congestion.

Trying it on

Following the latest government guidelines, our fitting rooms are safely opened. If you’d prefer, you can still enjoy leisurely try ons at home with our extended returns policy.

All our teams will be following the latest social distancing guidelines.

Heads up

Our teams will be wearing face coverings, but they’ll still be smiling (of course). Please make sure you’re wearing a face covering whenever you visit us.

You’ll find hand sanitisers available at the doors and we kindly ask that everyone uses them before shopping.

Where's my order?

We aim to send all orders within 3 days and you'll get an email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Our couriers are taking additional precautionary measures to ensure no direct contact is being made when delivering your parcel.
On occasion we may need to split orders into separate packages (so we can get items to you as quickly as possible) and if you’ve paid by card you may see an additional pre-authorisation on your account for the items yet to be dispatched - please rest assured, we will only charge you for the items as they are dispatched.

Where's my refund?

We’re working hard to process returns as quickly and safely as possible. Protecting our people remains our top priority, and the new measures we have in place in our warehouse to do this can mean that we’re not as fast as usual. Thanks for your patience.
