An Update on Protecting Our Community

How we're making shopping easier and safer for you

Hello Everyone

Thank you so much for your continued messages of support.

Over the last few days, many of you have told us how you love popping into our shops for a quick chat and to see a friendly face. We too absolutely love being an active part of the local community.

We really do value the friendships we have built up with all our wonderful customers.

But nothing is more important to us than the health and well-being of our customers and employees and we want to do everything we can to help keep everyone as safe as possible.

And so, we have now decided to temporarily close our shops. Our shops will close at 5pm on Monday 23rd March.

We’re going to really miss seeing you and we’d love to stay in touch and hear how you’re getting on. Our social channels are a place for you to connect with others, and where hopefully we can help lift your spirits and make you smile during a time where we are all trying to remain positive and upbeat. Let’s keep chatting.

Our on-line shop, whitestuff.com, remains open. We’ve got a great Sale on at the moment and some fabulous new ranges arriving all the time. All with free delivery to your door. And we hope to be able to send you a new magalogue packed full of inspiration, so do look out for it.

Last week we extended our returns deadline to 90 days, so please don’t worry about returning stuff to us. We can deal with that when the storm has lifted.

If you placed any orders to shop via Click and Collect, don’t worry. We will hold onto them for you. Or if you’d prefer, we can either re-direct your order to your home address or offer you a refund.

Please contact customercare@whitestuff.com and we can sort this out for you.

Things are changing all the time and we will continue to follow advice from the UK Government and the World Health Organisation. We will keep you posted on any further changes.

It won’t be like this forever, but in the meantime be kind, be strong, stick together, take care.

Jo and the White Stuff team
