Delivery prices

1. Standard delivery

Standard delivery is available Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

2. Express delivery

Express delivery is a next working day service, available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, when you order by 8pm.

3. Express delivery before 1pm

We can deliver the next working day before 1pm on weekdays for orders we receive before 5pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

If your order is delayed, you'll receive notification via text or email, and we will refund the delivery charge. A signature is required upon delivery.

We cannot offer express delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and other postcodes outside mainland Britain.

4. Saturday delivery

You can arrange to have your order delivered on Saturday. Please place your order by 8pm on Friday.

If you miss the delivery, you can arrange an alternative date and time with the courier, free of charge. You won't have to wait until the following Saturday to receive it.

5. When you receive your order

A signature is required on delivery, so please provide an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods. Sometimes we split your order across more than one delivery (because of stock availability) but we'll only charge you once.

6. Which courier?

Deliveries are via our courier partner Hermes, with the exception of Express pre-1pm and all orders going to the Scottish Highlands or outside of mainland Great Britain (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight), which are delivered by Royal Mail.

Click & collect - delivery to a White Stuff shop

Shop delivery

If it's more convenient, you can order something online and have it delivered to your local shop, Monday to Friday.

Order by 8pm for next working day delivery. Orders placed before 8pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed after 8pm on Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

All orders will be delivered to shops during shop opening hours. If your order is delayed for any reason, you'll receive a notification by text or email.

This service is currently available in all White Stuff shops with the following exceptions:

• All our shops in Germany
• Guernsey
• Isle of Man
• Any White Stuff concessions (John Lewis, House of Fraser, Karstadt, Coin, INNO etc)

In addition, please note that click & collect orders to our Inverness shop will arrive in two working days.

Your local White Stuff shop will hold your order for 14 days

Your order will be available for collection for 14 days, after this we will return it to our warehouse and refund you. If you're unable to collect it within that time, please contact our Customer Care team on 020 7735 8133.

You will need to bring your White Stuff email confirmation and a valid form of I.D. (passport, driving licence or credit card) to collect your order.

Overseas deliveries

Overseas delivery - (Europe - including the channel islands and rest of the world)

Deliveries are sent via International Recorded post. There may be local import duties to be paid on receipt of your goods that White Stuff is not liable for. Delivery to EU countries will take 3 to 6 working days. Delivery to any other country will take 5 to 8 working days.

Gift card delivery - £1 for UK deliveries, £2 for overseas

These charges apply when you order a gift card on its own. If you order it alongside other items then the appropriate delivery charges apply. Please note that gift cards are dispatched separately if ordered alongside other items. (All gift cards are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery).
