Food for

Plan what’s for dinner and get the
best afters

Daydreaming seems to be a random process where it appears tricky to influence where your mind will drift. It’s not easy to steer or influence the topics in your sub-conscious, but what if you could enhance your dreams and make them more lucid, legally? Wouldn’t that be fun?

We all know the warning of eating cheese before sleep can cause nightmares but did you know that there is solid science behind food and dreaming.

Fancy being a guinea pig? If so the foods you want to focus on need to be rich in vitamin B6 and Tryptophan, as it’s proven that these are linked to greater dream intensity and recall. Nothing out of the ordinary in the shopping list here, and I’d imagine ‘Ready Steady Cook’ could rustle up some gastronomic delights if presented with a carrier bag of any of the following.
