Your returns choices


You have 30 days to return any unwanted items (including sale). We’ve extended our Christmas returns policy. Shop on or after 15th October 2020 – Return by 15th January 2021. That’s one thing less to worry about. Here’s what to do...

How to return your order

Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns outside of the UK. If you wish to return your order (or part of it) from overseas then you will need to pay postage. Here's what to do...

  1. Click here to start a return (you’ll need your order number & delivery postcode handy)
  2. Enter the order number and the delivery postcode (for click and collect orders this is the shop postcode which will be shown on the delivery note)
  3. Select the items to return and choose a reason.
  4. Print the label and attach it to the package.
  5. Once your return is complete, we’ll send you an email notifying you when your items have been returned to us.
  6. To return items from multiple orders you’ll need to create individual returns and send them back in separate parcels.

Changed your mind? No problem. There's something called the 'Distance Selling Regulations' to protect people who buy online and want to cancel their orders. To find out how to cancel your order, please click here.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of face coverings, underwear, earrings or sets containing earrings unless faulty, and we can only accept swimwear returns if the hygiene strip is still in place. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note: if you're returning something to us, you must take reasonable care of it when it's with you. Otherwise we may have to release the hounds...

Always ask for a 'Proof of Posting' certificate when posting stuff to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost in transit (your statutory rights are not affected). We recommend you keep your proof of posting safe, just in case.

We do not pay for the return postage of overseas items.

Return to your local shop

You can return your order to selected White Stuff shops for a refund or exchange. You will need to bring your despatch note and a valid form of I.D. such as a passport, driving licence or credit card.

If you return your whole order within 7 working days of receiving it, we will also refund your delivery cost.

This returns service is currently available in all White Stuff shops with the following exceptions:

  • Copenhagen
  • Guernsey
  • All White Stuff Concession locations (John Lewis, House of Fraser etc)
