What Is Jersey?
Jersey is a knitted fabric that’s been on everyone’s radar since medieval times. Originally from the Channel Islands, it’s now a fabric that we just can’t get enough of. So who do we have to thank? Coco Chanel apparently. She first introduced the world to jersey when she used it outside of underwear collections for the very first time, in 1916. Now, we’re much more familiar with our jersey that’s made from wool, cotton or other fabric mixes.

How to Care for Jersey
Lucky for us, our jersey is machine washable (hurrah!). Easy-going and easy to care for - sounds good, right? We recommend washing on a cool temperature without overloading the washing machine. It’s also best to avoid tumble drying as this can sometimes cause jersey to shrink… and we wouldn’t want that.
