Daydreaming seems to be a random process where it appears tricky to influence where your mind will drift. It’s not easy to steer or influence the topics in your sub-conscious, but what if you could enhance your dreams and make them more lucid, legally? Wouldn’t that be fun?

Fancy being a guinea pig? If so the foods you want to focus on need to be rich in vitamin B6 and Tryptophan, as it’s proven that these are linked to greater dream intensity and recall.
