The natural reaction to a rainy day is to feel somewhat gloomy. But a fashionable reaction to a rainy day is to pull on your best women’s raincoat like a fabulous, buttoned shield against the dreary weather. With quilted options for cold spells (which are likely) and lightweight options for summer downpours (which are also likely), we’ve got raincoats to wear through every month of the year (which may be necessary).
