When we dispatch your order, we will send an email to the address provided (either your login email address or the address entered at 'guest checkout'). This email will also include tracking details for your order.

For orders being shipped to the UK mainland, you can also view tracking information in the 'My Account' section of our website.  If you haven't received this email after 3 working days of your order being placed or your order hasn't arrived after 10 working days, please contact us.

For returns, please allow 14 working days before reaching out. If you’ve not been refunded within this time, do attach your postage receipt. (It’ll help us resolve the issue faster.)   We aim to reply to emails within 24 hours but it may take a little longer during busy sale periods and weekends/bank holidays.    If you need to make a complaint, please contact our Customer Care Team on the details above. We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 working days.
