White Stuff Lyme Regis Store Opening: Spin to Win – Terms and Conditions

The promotion is brought to you (the “Entrant”) by White Stuff Limited of Canterbury Court, Kennington Park, 1-3 Brixton Road, London, SW9 6DE (“White Stuff”).

ELIGIBILITY

  1. Only one spin is permitted per customer.

  2. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who visit the White Stuff Lyme Regis store during the promotional period.

  3. Employees of White Stuff, its subsidiary companies, their families, agents, or anyone connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

  4. By participating, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  5. White Stuff reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to anyone reasonably believed to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

HOW TO ENTER

  1. The promotion is only valid at the White Stuff Lyme Regis store.
  2. It will run from Saturday 21st June 2025, while stocks last.
  3. No purchase is necessary to take part.
  4. To enter, customers must spin the physical Spin to Win wheel in store during the promotional period.

THE PRIZES

  1. Every spin wins a prize. The prize awarded is the one indicated when the wheel stops.

  2. Prizes include, but are not limited to: discounts, treats, White Stuff product, and one daily ‘Win Your Shopping’ prize (up to a maximum of £500).

  3. The ‘Win Your Shopping’ prize applies only to the transaction made at the time of spinning and cannot be used on previous or future purchases.

  4. If the winning basket total exceeds £500, the customer must pay the balance.

  5. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.

  6. In the unlikely event a prize becomes unavailable, White Stuff reserves the right to substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value.

  7. If an item from a winning transaction is later returned, no refund will be given for the portion covered by the prize.

GENERAL

  1. No personal data will be collected as part of this promotion.

  2. White Stuff reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.

  3. Any updates will be made available in-store.

  4. White Stuff’s decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.

  5. Winners may be asked to take part in publicity (e.g. photo or quote) which may be used by White Stuff in marketing communications.

  6. This promotion is governed by English law and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
