THE DENIM TRY-ON
Getting those just-right jeans is a personal thing. If you know, you know. And while we could tell you you'll almost definitely be able to find your personal perfect pair in our new denim range (with its nine styles, three lengths and all-round exceptional fit), we figured we'd ask some friends to road test and prove it.
I’m not a fan of jeans styles that are too fitted, so I love the looser fit and style of the Tia Crop. They're also super comfortable and I feel like I could run around after my boys all day while still looking stylish.
I prefer a more oversized fit in general, and I think these jeans work well paired with an oversized top or a top tucked in with a belt. And the looser leg looks great with trainers and or a heel.
I often struggle to find jeans that fit properly as I need a longer length in the leg. Having the choice of leg lengths in all styles means I’m not restricted to just one particular type, which is great! And I particularly love the ankle skimming length of Freya Weekend.
Weekend jeans work well when you’re out and about, shopping or walking in the countryside. They're versatile and easy to style, and look especially good with a relaxed fit shirt or a Breton jumper.
The Ayla jeans are relaxed and a slightly longer length, which is a style I’m leaning into a lot at the moment. It's a nod to the '90s and a more oversized way of dressing. I feel comfortable and a little bit boho in them. And the cut is very flattering which helps me be my most confident self.
These jeans work perfectly with a statement tee or oversized shirt. I'd add a pair of slip on mules and lots of gold jewellery for the perfect off-duty look.
The sizing and fit of the Charlie jeans is excellent. The denim is really comfortable to wear too. And a good pair of jeans that fit well will always make you feel good, whether it’s for a more casual day or dressing up.
I really like a bit of layering and would add a t-shirt, gilet or shirt with a nice jacket. I usually wear trainers and would accessorize with some jewellery and a nice bag for an everyday look that still feels put together.
The Ayla jeans fit snugly at the bottom and waist, but they're very comfy. The wide leg is super flattering as it elongates my legs. And because they're so comfortable, I feel confident wearing them.
For a daytime look, I’d pair the denim blue option with a white t-shirt or sweatshirt, tan belt, trench coat and trainers or loafers. For a dressier occasion, I’d go for the black option worn with a kitten heel. I'd add a special top and a blazer plus statement jewellery.
