Not quite sure about something you bought? No problem at all. You can exchange or return unwanted items within 30 days of purchase or receipt (and within 14 days for sale and outlet items).

SHOP RETURNS

Pop into any White Stuff shop to return your items for free, including online orders. Returning to shops means you’ll get your refund back quicker (which is a bonus).

Bought your item in one of our Outlet shops? You can return it to any White Stuff shop. Please note, items bought in our White Stuff shops or online can't be returned to an Outlet shop. If you bought your item from one of our concessions, such as John Lewis, simply return it there.

ONLINE RETURNS

Returning something you bought online? Start your return using our returns portal below.

Online returns cost £2.50 via Royal Mail or Evri, or you can return your online order to any White Stuff shop for FREE.

In the portal, you can select the item(s) you'd like to return and choose your preferred return method, including parcel shop, locker or collection where available.

Received your order in more than one parcel? You may need to wait until all items have been delivered before starting your return.
