Returns Policy
Returns are FREE within the UK - use the label enclosed with your order and pop it all back to us in the post, or you can return to your nearest White Stuff shop. See our returns page for further details.
You can return all or part of your order to us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the value of the goods returned. For purchases during November and December, we extend our returns period so you have until the 31st January to return for a refund or exchange.
Delivery
Choose from FREE click & collect, standard delivery (£2.95 or free when you spend £50) or one of our premium services starting at £5.95. Gift Card delivery is £1 (£2 overseas) and naturally e-Gift cards are delivered free! For this product, choose from:
- Named Day (Monday to Friday)
- Express (pre 1pm) Delivery
