1. Go to the White Stuff returns page at Evri.com.

2. Enter your order number, email address and select a return reason.

3. Choose how you want to return your order for FREE: via a courier collection, or a ParcelShop or locker drop off.

PARCELSHOP DROP OFF

• Download, print and attach your return label at home (or wait to print it in the ParcelShop).
• Drop off your return package at one of 4,500 ParcelShop locations (find your nearest store here).

LOCKER DROP OFF

• Download and print your return label at home.
• Find your nearest locker (find your nearest locker here).

COURIER COLLECTIONS

• Choose a date and time (between 8am and 8pm) for courier pick up from home or work.
• Once your collection date is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the details.
• Download, print and attach your return label.

4. Track your return at Evri.com.

5. Once we've received your return, we'll send you an email to let you know and then process any refunds within 5 working days.
